35.3 km, 1491 m of climb
Taith Ardudwy Way is a linear route joining the railway station at Llandecwyn, just south of Penrhyndeudraeth, to Barmouth.
The route traverses the western slopes of the Rhinog range, and takes in a range of interesting sites such as the Bronze Age 'Crown of Thorns' at Bryn Cader Faner, and the old pack-horse bridge at Pont Scethin. At Cerrig Arthur, the route joins the Mawwdach Way, giving the possibility of combining the two to create a much longer route (around 80 km).
The Trail was new for 2010 and has reasonable waymarking at principle junctions.
